• SHIPPING

My shipping days are Monday through Wednesday.
My boas are shipped FedEx Priority Overnight and live arrival is guaranteed as long as someone is present to sign for the package on the first attempt.
**The guarantee is void if no one is present to sign for the boa on the first attempt.**
The boa will be shipped in an insulated box with all the necessary amenities. Heating and cooling packs will be used depending on weather conditions at time of shipping.
Shipping will be calculated on an individual basis. You will only be charged the amount quoted by FedEx from our location to yours, plus $3.00 to cover supplies.
Charge is by the box and not per boa.

• GUARANTEE

I stand behind the health of each and every one of my boas.
I offer an unconditional 7-day guarantee for the return of the boa for any reason. If a problem should occur before the 7 days, I ask that you contact me immediately so we can find a solution that benefits you and the boa as well.
I guarantee the gender of your boa to be properly sexed.
Although I have never had a boa arrive at its destination DOA, I do realize that it can happen. If that happens, notify me immediately (same day) to start the replacement or refund process.
Photographic proof and/or the return of the boa may be required.

• PAYMENTS

All orders must be prepaid before the boa will be shipped.
I am open to discuss payment plans with you. First payment is required to be 25% of total cost of the boa.
Full payment must be received within 30 days, unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payments are personal checks (which must clear prior to shipping), PayPal and USPS Money Orders.
Please inquire about the availability of the boa before sending your payment.
If paying by PayPal please use the link provided and list the ID # of the boa you are purchasing in the heading.
